Naive T cells
Células
Naive T cells are isolated by depleting CD45RO+ cells via immunomagnetic bead separation from a freshly collected leukopheresis product. Naive T cells are phenotypically classified as CD45+, CD+, and CD45RA+.

  • Purity of >90% by flow cytometry
  • Test negative for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV 1/2, HTLV-I/II, HIV-1/HCV/HBV nucleic acid, WNV nucleic acid, Trypanasoma cruzi and Syphilis
  • Cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10 media

A naive T cell is a mature T cell that has differentiated in the bone marrow. Unlike memory T cells, naive T cells have not acquired an activated phenotype, therefore naive T cells can respond to unfamiliar pathogens that have not been previously encountered and initiate an immune response. As a result, these naive T cells can acquire the phenotype and ultimately differentiate into a memory T cell.

Storage: Either prepare cells for long term storage in liquid nitrogen vapor phase or thaw for use. Storage in liquid phase nitrogen is NOT recommended. Short term storage of cells (less than 2 weeks) at −80 °C is acceptable, but should be minimised to ensure maximum stability. Once thawed, samples must be used immediately.

Precaución: Intended for research use only and not for direct therapeutic or diagnostic use in human or animals, or for further manufacturing of therapeutic products or devices.
