Human mononuclear cells, gastric cancer (GC)
Mononuclear cells used for researching the causes, diagnosis, supportive care and treatment of gastric cancer (GC). Patient samples can be used by researchers to investigate biomarker and diagnostic development, pre-clinical research validation, and drug toxicity and efficacy. Human mononuclear cells are isolated from IRB-consented volunteer donors diagnosed with GC (gastric cancer).

  • Cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10 media

Storage: Either prepare cells for long term storage in liquid nitrogen vapour phase or thaw for use. Storage in liquid phase nitrogen is NOT recommended. Short term storage of cells (less than 2 weeks) at –80 °C is acceptable, but should be minimised to ensure maximum stability. Once thawed, samples must be used immediately.

No pre screening is done on fresh products, instead donors are tested on day of collection for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV 1/2.

Precaución: Intended for only research use and not for direct therapeutic or diagnostic use in human or animals, or for further manufacturing of therapeutic products or devices.
