Pleiotrophin is an 18 kDa growth factor that has high affinity for heparin. It also has neurite extension activity. It is a secreted protein that is expressed in osteoblasts and brain.
Specificity has been confirmed by WB and direct ELISA against the antigen.

This antibody is recommended for WB, IHC and sandwich ELISA. The recommended dilution for this antibody is 3 µg/ml for IHC. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
