Eppendorf ThermoMixer® F1.5 is customised for 1,5 ml reaction vessels and Eppendorf ThermoMixer® FP is designed for plates. Units feature simple and intuitive operation using predefined temperature keys (37, 42, 56 and 95 °C). Both units are ideal for bacterial growth, enzymatic reactions and lysis reactions at 100 °C. The F1.5 is suitable for denaturation of DNA, RNA and proteins, labelling of nucleic acids and proteins and Proteinase K digestions of cells and tissues. The FP model is suitable for resuspending pellets, mixing protein quantification assays and ELISA assays.
